Lee Gutkind talks to poet and novelist Jem Poster about creative non-fiction. Gutkind was recognised by Vanity Fair as ‘the Godfather behind creative non-fiction’ and is the author and editor of more than 25 books and founder and editor of Creative Non-fiction, the first and largest literary magazine to publish narrative non-fiction exclusively.

Gutkind is Distinguished Writer-in-Residence in the Consortium for Science, Policy & Outcomes at Arizona State University and a professor in the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication. He has appeared on many radio and televisions shows in the USA. His most recent books include An Immense New Power to Heal: The Promise of Personalized Medicine, an anthology, At the End of Life: True Stories About How We Die and You Can’t Make This Stuff Up.
