Welcome to a Very Short Introduction soapbox. A short talk lasting 15 minutes from an expert in the field. The talk is free and takes place in Blackwell’s Marquee, next to the Sheldonian Theatre.

Retired fellow in modern Jewish thought at the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies Norman Solomon offers a concise guide to all aspects of Jewish faith and practice. Solomon considers how Judaism is perceived and understood in the 21st century and looks at its historic relationship with the Muslim faith.
