Telegraph columnist and bestselling author Bryony Gordon explains how she has managed to live well with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Gordon has known since she was a teenager that she suffers from OCD. It makes her think her family might die if she doesn’t repeat a phrase five times or that she might have murdered someone and forgotten about it. It has caused alopecia, bulimia and drug dependency. Despite it, Gordon has managed to be a successful columnist for the Telegraph, write the bestselling The Wrong Knickers, and be a happily married mother of a daughter.

Here she talks to novelist and critic Hannah Beckerman, author of The Dead Wife’s Handbook.
