Since the publication of her first collection in 1989, Pauline Stainer has built up what Frances Leviston, writing in the Guardian, has described as ‘a unique and extraordinary body of work’. This event will foreground her eagerly awaited new collection, Tiger Facing the Mist. Stainer talks to Professor Jem Poster, a poet and novelist, academic director of the Sunday Times Oxford Literary Festival, and former professor and chair of creative writing at Aberystwyth University.
