The Oxford Literary Festival is a registered charity (number 1128820). Our address is Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford OX1 1BE We hold an annual nine-day literary festival in Oxford, UK, around the end of March and beginning of April.

We obtain information about you when you visit our website and subscribe to one of our newsletters and when you purchase tickets through our on-site box office and through our third-party box office agents TicketSource and Experience Oxfordshire.

What type of information do we collect?

Personal information we collect could include your name, address, email address, telephone number, IP address and information about what pages are accessed and when. We do not collect your card information. This is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit and debit card details.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to:

  • process your ticket orders

  • notify you of any changes to our products and services

  • send you information you have requested

  • seek your views on our products and services

  • carry out market research and traffic monitoring (information is used only in aggregate)

    Where do we keep your information?
