We obtain information about you when you visit our website and subscribe to one of our newsletters and when you purchase tickets through our on-site box office and through our third-party box office agents TicketSource and Experience Oxfordshire.

What type of information do we collect?

We do not collect your card information. This is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit and debit card details.

  • carry out market research and traffic monitoring (information is used only in aggregate)

Where do we keep your information?
