Meet award-winning illustrator Petr Horácek, creator of Puffin Peter, Suzy Goose and Animal Opposites. Petr will tell stories, share drawings from his books and help you create a bright, bold picture-book masterpiece of your own to take home.

Horácek was born in Czechoslovakia and studied at the High School of Art in Prague and the Academy of Fine Art. He moved to England in 1994 and, following the birth of his children, began publishing books. He won the Books for Children Newcomer award in 2001.
