Ramirez and Sooke have contrasting tastes and enjoy getting off the beaten track to enjoy these famous cities of culture. They sample an eclectic mix of culture from ancient treasures to contemporary works, from poetry to graffiti, design and dance.

Ramirez is a history of art course director at the University of Oxford’s Department of Continuing Education, author of several books including Julian of Norwich, and regularly appears on BBC television and radio.

Sooke is an art critic at The Telegraph, columnist for BBC.com, a regular presenter for BBC arts productions and author of books including Pop Art: A Colourful History.
