FT Weekend agrees to continue as headline partner
The Oxford Literary Festival is pleased to announce FT Weekend will continue as its headline partner for an additional three years.
Oxford Literary Festival director Sally Dunsmore said: "Last year’s inaugural partnership with the distinguished and authoritative FT Weekend brought us new international audiences, relationships and events and we are delighted to deepen and extend the relationship for another three years.
"FT Weekend sits with our other important partners – the University of Oxford, the BBC and HSBC – and together we look forward to both a thrilling 2015 programme and the growth of the festival in reach and reputation going forward.”
The 2015 festival takes place between Saturday 21 March and Sunday 29 March and features an array of award-winning, internationally renowned authors. This year’s speakers include Alan Bennett, Sir Nicholas Hytner, Jessye Norman, Amitav Ghosh, Philip Pullman, Melvyn Bragg, Kazuo Ishiguro, Ian Bostridge, Judith Kerr and Madhur Jaffrey.
