Leadership expert and football fan Mike Carson brings together the thoughts of some of the greatest football managers in the modern game including Sir Alex Ferguson, Roy Hodgson and Carlo Ancelotti in a session that will appeal to those interested in leadership and football alike. How do the great football leaders manage outrageous talent , how do they inspire loyalty, and how do they manage to sustain success or turn around a team in crisis?

Carson’s book features chapters based on interviews with some of today’s leading managers including Ferguson, Hodgson and Ancelotti , as well as Arsène Wenger, José Mourinho and Harry Redknapp.  Carson is a founding Director of Aberkyn Change Leadership Partners, where he works with the leaders of large, multi-national organisations to enable transformational change amongst their people. This event is part of a series on leadership at this year’s festival.
