Lindo narrates the tale inspired by her father’s story of being sent to stay with an aunt in a devastated Madrid following the Spanish Civil War. She is accompanied by musicians Salvador Bolón, Germán Clavijo and María Lindo, the project’s artistic director, on English horn. The event will be in Spanish with English subtitles.
Lindo is a journalist and writer.
