Enjoy a delicious menu of vegan dishes specially devised for the dinner by the celebrated chef and writer Marlene Watson-Tara, co-Founder of The Human Ecology Project.
Watson-Tara is regarded as a genius with food and flavour. She ius a graduate of the T Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and an expert in plant-based nutrition. She also draws inspiration from the fields of macrobiotic nutrition, ecological sustainability and her studies in traditional Chinese medicine. Watson-Tara is also author of Macrobiotics for all Seasons and her most recent book Go Vegan.
A wonderful opportunity to dine in the 17th-century great hall of Exeter College and meet festival speakers.
Menu contains nuts. When booking please include any dietary requirements. Meat and fish not available
Price includes drinks reception, three-course dinner, fine wines from the Douro Valley generously presented by Symington Wine Estates. Dress code: jacket and tie/smart.
