‘A triumph . . . a very modern fantasy, in which the inventive plot is balanced by a strong degree of psychological realism, and a hero to whom every young reader is likely to relate.’ The Telegraph
Armstrong is a broadcaster, actor, comedian and author. Evenfall is inspired by his childhood and the mystical history of the ancient North. It’s a story that has lived in his head for many years and he says is delighted finally to share it. Armstrong has been seen and heard on some of the most successful television and radio programmes of recent times from Armstrong and Miller to Have I Got News for You via Classic FM, Doctor Who, Hey Duggee, Horrible Histories, Danger Mouse and as the longtime presenter of Pointless.
