Enjoy a delicious menu of vegan dishes specially devised for the dinner by the celebrated chef and writer Marlene Watson-Tara, co-Founder of The Human Ecology Project.

Watson-Tara is regarded as a genius with food and flavour. She is a graduate of the T Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and an expert in plant-based nutrition. She also draws inspiration from the fields of macrobiotic nutrition, ecological sustainability and her studies in traditional Chinese medicine. Watson-Tara is also author of Macrobiome: How the Planet Governs Human Ecology and the Microbiome and Go Vegan.

A wonderful opportunity to dine in the 17th-century great hall of Exeter College and meet festival speakers.
